Our civic and political lives are suffused with negotiations, compromises and outright conflicts. We resist dangerous ideas and bad policy by confronting the people that are perpetuating the ideas and proposing the policy. This service invites us to hold these truths in the balance with our first principle that recognizes everyone's inherent worth and dignity. And in a celebration of Spring, beautiful music and artistry abound.

Tenderness is what love looks like in private. Justice is what love looks like in public. Covenant is what love looks like in community. Accountability is what love looks like in relationships. ‘Revolutionary love’ is the choice to labor for others, for our opponents, and for ourselves in order to transform the world around us. 01-01-23 UUCM New Year's Day Jazz Brunch and Worship Service "Out of the Flames" - led by the Revs. Anya and Scott Sammler-Michael. This very special worship event includes live jazz and a fire communion. We will set the past years refuse aflame and prepare emotionally and spiritually for the good that will come.

“The Courage To Be” - led by the Revs. Anya and Scott Sammler-Michael, senior co-ministers. We meet one another on a crooked path and collectively find our way toward freedom. Special guest the Rev. Nancy McDonald Ladd joins our full ministry team for a special service.

Water Communion is our annual ritual of ingathering for the congregational year. It is a celebration of our individuality and the way we merge in shared commitment to bring about the beloved community.
