Share a Remembrance
We are living in troubled times and we all need care from time to time. You can light a candle, request pastoral care, find support from the care team, or honor our community’s joys and sorrows. Do not bear the burden alone. We are here for each other.
Candles of Remembrance
Sharing Remembrances in Worship works best when we share our souls’ yearnings with the worship leader before Sunday morning. If you would like to have this Sunday’s worship leader share your request aloud during the pastoral prayer, you may do so by submitting the form. This will also light a candle on our website.
Our Joys and Sorrows

Our siblings
We light this candle in awareness and solidarity with our siblings who right now don’t have access to clean water, or water at all, and with those who are suffering from droughts or flooding. May they find relief soon. And may this light remind us that we are stewards of the waters and our fragile place in the environment.

Rev. Rob Eller-Issacs and Rev. Mark Ward
We lit two candles for two beacons of the Unitarian Universalist tradition that died, each of health challenges, this past week. May Rev. Rob Eller-Issacs and Rev. Mark Ward rest in peace. For decades they strove to build congregations and serve the holy of their understanding through acts of justice, love and mercy. May the congregations that love them, the families that mourn them, and the tradition that is indebted to them, honor the blessing of their lives, now and always.
