Share a Remembrance
We are living in troubled times and we all need care from time to time. You can light a candle, request pastoral care, find support from the care team, or honor our community’s joys and sorrows. Do not bear the burden alone. We are here for each other.
Candles of Remembrance
Sharing Remembrances in Worship works best when we share our souls’ yearnings with the worship leader before Sunday morning. If you would like to have this Sunday’s worship leader share your request aloud during the pastoral prayer, you may do so by submitting the form. This will also light a candle on our website.

Our Local Homeless Population
We lit a candle in gratitude that many of our regular guests at our MESH (Montclair Emergency Services for Hope) received the single shot vaccine for Covid-19 this past Monday at the Salvation Army Citadel. May they be well.

Victims of the Mass Shooting in Boulder
We lit a candle for the victims of the mass shooting at a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado. Once again we are filled with anger and grief as the easy access to weapons of mass murder continues to terrorize our nation. With this candle we pray we will not become accustomed to this mayhem but will strive to change the laws that aids and abets these acts of terror.
