Share a Remembrance
We are living in troubled times and we all need care from time to time. You can light a candle, request pastoral care, find support from the care team, or honor our community’s joys and sorrows. Do not bear the burden alone. We are here for each other.
Candles of Remembrance
Sharing Remembrances in Worship works best when we share our souls’ yearnings with the worship leader before Sunday morning. If you would like to have this Sunday’s worship leader share your request aloud during the pastoral prayer, you may do so by submitting the form. This will also light a candle on our website.
Our Joys and Sorrows

Rustin
Micah Desiante lights this candle of joy. Micah and his new cat Rustin (yes that's Rustin is in Bayard Rustin). Micah has desperately wanted a new cat but was afraid to commit to a pet in case he got into a different residential grad program. He found out Friday that pets are allowed and yesterday was given a beautiful cow cat that was abandoned.

Daniella
This is a candle of sorrow, a remembrance for Micah Desiante's student Daniella who lost her best friend to suicide this week; please keep them in your heart.
